We are providing more convenient options for you to get everything you need for the big day! You will need rider numbers, wrist bands, a ride guide, the event T-shirt and any breakfast tickets.

All riders are asked to display their rider number, helmet number and wristband visibly while bicycling on Lake Shore Drive. We will ask riders to show their helmet numbers and wristbands at a number of checkpoints along the route.

Getting your packet

There are several ways to get your packet. See the options below.

If you registered by May 7 and selected priority shipping (includes rider number, ride guide and T-shirt), you will receive your packet in the mail by the middle of May.
If you registered by May 7 and selected first class shipping (includes rider number, ride guide and T-shirt voucher), you will receive your packet in the mail by the middle of May. You can pick up your T-shirt and purchase breakfast tickets at any of the packet pickup locations listed below or at the event.
If you registered after May 7 or if you chose to pick up the packet yourself, you can pick it up at any of the locations listed below or at the festival area on the day of the event. Packets will include your T-shirt, rider number, ride guide and breakfast tickets. Registration confirmation is required to pick up your packet. Remember, you can pick up any family members’ or friends’ packets as long as you have the appropriate confirmation.

Expect packet pickup lines at the event to be long. We strongly encourage you to get your packet before the event so you have more time for car-free bicycling bliss!

Mailing options

This year we are providing options to get your packet mailed straight to your house. Here are the details.

Premium
Have everything mailed to you for only $3.75. This option includes everything – your event T-shirt, breakfast tickets, ride guide and helmet and rider numbers. Please note the deadline to take advantage of this option is May 14.

Standard
Have everything except your T-shirt mailed to you for just $.75. This option includes your rider and helmet number, breakfast tickets and a voucher for your event T-shirt. T-shirts can be picked up at any packet pickup or at the event. Please note the deadline to take advantage of this option is May 14.

Self pickup
Stop by any of our packet pickup locations around the region. Bring your friends and family and they can register on the spot! Details coming soon!

At the event
We strongly recommend that you pick up your packet before the event so you don’t have to waste bike-riding time waiting in line. If that is the only option, you can pick up your packet starting at 5 a.m.
