You will be provided with everything you need to access and enjoy Bike the Drive. Closer to the event, all participants will be emailed print-at-home rider numbers (eTicket), which includes a t-shirt voucher (unless declined) and other rider information that allows you to easily pass through checkpoints and enjoy snacks at our rest stops.

Bike the Drive Rider Materials Include:

Rider Number

Closer to the event, you will be emailed your eTickets as a PDF attachment. You will need to print this PDF and follow the instructions below on how to affix your rider number to your bike. Rider numbers allow you to easily pass through checkpoints and enjoy snacks at our rest stops. Continue reading below for more information regarding t-shirt pick up, and Challenge medals.

Official Event T-Shirt

T-Shirts must be picked up the day of the event. Your printable rider number includes a t-shirt voucher (unless declined). Snip off your t-shirt voucher and redeem it on the day of the event at any of our t-shirt pick-up locations at:

  • North Rest Stop
  • South Rest Stop
  • Festival grounds located at Butler Field in Grant Park (near the Monroe entrance so you don’t need to enter the festival if you’d prefer not to)

The Ride Guide provides all the details you need for the event, including maps of the route and festival, start and end times, safety information, and plenty of other details about the event.

Challenge Medal Add Ons

If you added on a 30-Mile, 15-Mile or Young Riders Challenge Medal entry during registration, you can pick up your medal at the North Rest Stop, South Rest Stop, or at the 30-Mile Challenge tent at the post-ride festival in Butler Field.

Event Merchandise

Jerseys and tech tees must be ordered by June 20, 2024 in order to receive them before Bike the Drive. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your package ships. A very limited amount of jerseys and tech tees will be available at the Festival and people can purchase items online which will be shipped to your home in late Fall.
